The new Pyrenair Air company from Huesca will offer regular flights from Huesca to the main capitals of Spain. Their commercial travels will begin in March 2007. The main destinations will be offered are Madrid and Barcelona, three days per week at first.
The Pyrenair company's airplanes will cover the route Huesca Madrid in a period of time between 30 and 40 minutes by a cost of 60 euros in bussiness class. The president of the air company, Hugo Puigdefábregas announced it yesterday. "We can say to a person who lives in Madrid that boarding in Barajas at 8,00, he or she can be in the ski resorts at 9,15", explained the president. At the Huesca airport, an helicopter will wait for passengers from Madrid or Barcelona and will transport them directly to the Pyrenees.
“Furthermore, the air company aims to offer three weekly flights of roundtrip to the Spanish capital and such as many to Barcelona. In a period of three years, the destinations could be extended to Andalusia, Palma de Mallorca and Paris, with stop in Pau.”, announced the airline's president.
Pyrenair was born officially the past day 13 of December, with a share social of 1.2 million euros, that were contributed by six private organizations: Eolus, Fundesa, Ceos, Commerce Chamber of Huesca, Forcusa and Entertainment Land.
