About 100,000 students will spend their Summer holidays in more than 2,700 courses and workshops offered by 71 universities of diferent cities distributed in all Spain, according to the webpage Infoempleo.

To greater offer, greater variety, but also bigger danger to lose oneself in the enormous list of Summer courses that offer the universities. The Summer season of 2006, between June and September, will bring more than 2,700 courses and workshops, offered by 71 universities in 82 spanish cities, according to the data collected by the webpage With a so big number, it is difficult to mark a common profile, since they gather from the the most specialized to most generalist contents with more academic speakers or famous personages. The prices are from 30 euros, for courses of two or three days, to the 900, it can cost a languages month. The average, of a course of five days (from Monday through Friday) of 25 hours, is between the 115 and 180 euros.

Between the subjects, almost all, but the current situation of Spain mark some points of view that gather most of the programs. The State of the autonomies, in the revision's process of statutes, the territorial organization and the distribution of competences between the different administrations will be also treated. This is one of the challenges of the present century XXI, but is not the only one it will be approached in the courses. The globalization, the role of the civil society, the conservation of the patrimony or justice, between many others subjects, will be dealt under the perspective of the challenges during the present century. The education, from the point of view of the students coexistence or the effect of the new education law Ley Orgánica de Educación (LOE), will be also very present.
